I Can Buy Myself Flowers

Summer weather is soon ending here in Chicago, so I am taking time to enjoy it as much as I can. This may be the only place where we can get 70F weather and a snowstorm in the same week. I might be complaining too much. I can admit that once the snow is here, I can still find ways to enjoy it (especially in all the photography opportunities a change in seasons will bring.)

These photos are from Millenium Park. There are many flowers and protected plant species located there, along with the massive outdoor concert hall and the infamous Cloud Gate sculpture. Soon there will be a massive Christmas tree, which I will capture many photos of 🙂

I noticed many pollinators moving across these flowers. Most of them flew fast enough to evade the predator camera lens chasing after them; however, there were a couple seemingly unaware of the predator’s eyes. I hope you enjoy this photos like I do. I am really proud of them.
